Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Please allow up to 14 business days to process your return and 1–2 billing cycles for the refund to appear in your credit card

Warranty

We cover manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including issues with handles, zippers, or wheels.

 Not covered:

 Airline or Carrier Damage: Damage caused during transit (e.g. cracks, broken
wheels, crushed shells). Claims must be filed directly with the airline or carrier before leaving the airport.
Lost or forgotten TSA lock combinations.
Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents, scuffs)
Misuse or overpacking
